Café · Abu Dhabi · Completed 2018
A café interior with a patterned feature wall, timber counter and colourful seating.
01 / Design vision
The café brings together stone arches, timber finishes and graphic wall patterns. These elements give the space its own character within the hospital setting.
02 / Material direction
Stone
Timber
Graphic black
Lime green
03 / Arrival
The stone arch and circular Bean There sign frame the entrance. From this threshold, the counter and patterned interior are visible beyond the glass doors.
04 / The counter
The timber-faced counter introduces a warm element against the concrete tones and black ceiling. Display equipment sits within the counter composition, keeping service at the centre of the room.
05 / Seating & pattern
A mix of green, blue, white and metal chairs sits alongside the patterned feature wall. The wall’s repeated geometric panels create a strong backdrop for the smaller café tables.
