01 / Design vision

Warm minimalism with a sense of home.

The renovation brings clarity to the villa through a calm material palette, stronger spatial connections, custom joinery and layered lighting. Flow, warmth and function guide the proposal, from the arrival sequence to the family’s private rooms.

02 / Material direction

A palette that gives the space its character.

Warm ivory

Soft taupe

Natural walnut

Deep espresso

Muted green

01 / Flow

Clear movement between entrance, living and dining.

02 / Warmth

Cream stone, walnut and soft textiles.

03 / Function

Integrated storage and purpose-built joinery.

03 / Entrance hall

Layered privacy, without closing the space.

Vertical walnut fins define the arrival. A full-height mirror increases depth and light, while dark doors create a clean architectural frame.

04 / Family heart

Double-height living room

The design uses the villa’s height and garden outlook to create a calmer, more connected family setting.

05 / Living room

Open sightlines, from staircase to garden.

Joinery, lighting and the garden outlook are considered together. Seating sits within the double-height volume, with warm finishes giving the room a more intimate scale.

06 / Dining room

A brighter setting for shared meals.

An eight-seat family dining setting benefits from garden-facing light. A restrained furniture palette lets the artwork and outlook remain the focal points, while ceiling lighting connects the space.

07 / Everyday function

Kitchen transformation

A lighter kitchen with a generous island, full-height storage and integrated task lighting.

08 / Kitchen detail

Storage, task light and a sculpted island.

The island forms a central working surface within the proposed kitchen. Full-height cabinetry and integrated lighting organise storage and preparation around it.

09 / Custom dressing wall

Storage becomes part of the architecture.

The dressing wall combines cabinetry, open shelving and a seated dressing space. Integrated lighting adds depth to the joinery and keeps the composition visually connected.

10 / Supporting spaces

Bathroom refinement

Floating joinery, warm lighting and a restrained stone palette bring the design language into a compact vanity area.
